Eligibility for Admission
For Nursery — 3+ Years on or before 30th September, 2018.

Please attach following documents along with the application form.
1. Attested copy of birth certificate
2. For class II and above, previous 3 years report cards.
3. For class II and above, Transfer Certificate to be produced at the time of admission. The Transfer Certificate should be counter signed by the education officer.
4. Visiting/ Business Cards of parents.
5. Passport size photographs 5 copies of student and 2 copies of each parent.

Admission Policy & Procedure
Admission to Nursery will be done through observation and interaction to be held on specified dates, which will be intimated later. Presence of both parents on the day of interaction is mandatory.

On being granted admission, the following documents are to be submitted at the Administration office.
1. Original date of Birth (issued by the Municipal Corporation or any other authorized competent Authority) for verification.
2. Proof of Identity of both the parents (Voter Id Card / Aadhaar Card / PAN Card, Passport).
3. Child’s Immunization Card.
4. Documented Blood group certificate from any authorized lab
5. Central Government Employees should attach a letter of Employment from the Competent Authority.
Forms are available in the school for the next academic year from 28th to 30th August, 2018 from 10:00 am to 4:00pm. Please submit the Registration Form at the school office by or before 4th September, 2018 between 9am to 4pm. No forms will be entertained after 4th September, 2018
